I can't believe it has been so long since I have updated our blog! It seems like summer just started and now it's already fall! We had a wonderful and relaxing summer. Now I am back in school and Chuck is back to work. I'm hoping for the next 8 months to go by quickly so I can be done with school for awhile. May 7, 2010 is graduation and we are counting down the days!! Here are some photos of some things we did this summer. I wasn't very good at taking my camera everywhere with me like I usually am!!

In July Mindy, Tahisha and I threw a baby shower for Emily and Mr. Baby P. It was such a good time and Mr. P got lots of wonderful gifts!!

Chuck went to the balloon races in Indianola, IA in July with his parents. This is Chuck and his dad going up in the balloon.

Happy 3rd Birthday Kali Ruth!!

Our niece Kali turned 3 on September 5th. I cannot believe that she is already 3 years old. I seems like it was just yesterday that I was leaving work in the middle of the night as she was about to enter this world!! She had a fabulous birthday party that was "Wow Wow Wubsy"themed. I was not familier with Wow Wow Wubsy but Kali and all the other kids were pumped about it. A couple days after her birthday, Chuck and I took her to Build-a-Bear so she could make a new friend. She picked everything out herself and it turned out pretty cute. She left with a monkey with pink shorts, a pink t-shirt and pink shoes...and she named her "Monkey." Shanna said that she won't put the monkey down and she even sleeps with it! Cute!
